L Concept served as BODW+ Strategic Event Partner for two consecutive years in 2023–2024. The remit included logistics, on-site production, ticketing systems, reception, third-party performance coordination and annual post-event review and analysis.
Ticketing systems and on-site reception were both part of L Concept’s scope. One manages admission information; the other turns that information into guidance and a welcome at the venue. Together, they shape arrival.
From an event-management perspective, ticketing extends beyond the transaction or registration. Confirmation messages, arrival instructions and admission checks need consistent information, with a route for participants who require help. Reviewing both sides of arrival reveals potential handover gaps.
The scope included production, logistics and third-party performance coordination. The profile also records work in the new banquet venue at The Henderson, adding the need to coordinate around a particular space and its conditions.
In a professional exchange, one change can affect production, performers and reception at once. A programme adjustment may alter stage preparation as well as admission timing. A shared run of show and clear responsibility for updates help those dependencies remain visible.

Annual post-event review and analysis were also included. This extended the work beyond preparation and delivery into organising what could be learned from the event for subsequent discussion.
For a recurring event, a useful review connects specific observations to future decisions. Arrival arrangements, production handovers and partner feedback need to be considered separately so the organiser can identify what to retain and what to revise.
The BODW scope connects ticketing, reception, production, delivery partners and post-event review. Beyond the content on stage, these arrangements form the experience for participants and the organising team.
