L Concept developed the creative theme, built the setting and planned the interactive activities.
An oversized book installation presented photographs and stories from ten years of the team’s history. It also became a backdrop for group photographs, bringing participants and the shared story into one frame.
A corporate celebration can draw its visual content from the people being recognised. Photographs and milestones give the setting a specific shared memory, connecting the theme with those attending.

Artificial flowers, green scenery and an activity involving the selection of velvet flowers continued the garden theme. The scope connected creative design, scenery and interactive planning.
Consistency in event design goes beyond colour. What guests can do, where they take photographs and how they encounter a story can all extend the same concept.
The oversized book carries photographs and stories from ten years of the team’s history and serves as a group-photo backdrop. It brings past records and present participants together, giving the celebration content specific to this team.
A photo setting can do more than decorate a picture. When its content relates to the people being recognised, the image retains more of the occasion’s meaning. Identifying the people and moments to remember can guide a display that works both up close and in a group photograph.
