L Concept developed a key visual from a mosaic of staff photographs and organised employee engagement games and a singing performance, connecting the design with the dinner programme.
The profile records that L Concept developed a staff-photo mosaic around the 2024 keyword STAFF. The photographs were the material of the key visual itself, rather than supporting pictures placed beside it.
The design gives the idea of valuing employees a recognisable human form. A mosaic needs to work at two distances: the overall theme from afar and individual faces up close. Both scales affect whether it feels coherent and personal.

Alongside the key visual, the project included employee engagement games and a singing performance by Sarika Choy. The photographs established the theme, while the interactive segments gave people a way to participate.
Visuals and programming deserve joint attention in an employee event. A team-centred visual needs opportunities for participation within the programme. Considering interaction at the tables, shared viewing and stage segments together carries the meaning of the design into the evening.

The creative starting point was the combination of staff photographs and an annual keyword. The resulting work connected a visual identity with the event programme, showing the relationship between design and coordination.
For corporate projects using people’s images, useful early decisions include image formats, agreed usage and approval of the composition, followed by checks at different sizes. These practical steps belong in the schedule when personal material becomes a large event visual.
The TKE dinner used employee material to build the visual identity, with games and performance adding to the experience. It illustrates how an organisation’s own people can provide a concrete starting point for an annual theme.
