Our role

L Concept handled pre-event media and promotional-channel liaison, programme and crowd management, YouTube collaborations with 蔡嘉欣, GutGut and Bethni, and Instagram Reels with other creators.

Project post

Bring the experience into everyday routes

The activation visited three districts over two days, bringing branded installations, face-to-face contact and product sampling together. L Concept’s remit connected advance publicity with the practical steps of participation on the day.

A mobile activation needs both recognisable branding and an understandable visitor journey. Clear visuals, simple participation steps and staff guidance matter when people encounter an activity during a short stop on the street.

Give creator content a distinct role

The project also included YouTube collaborations and Instagram Reels. These formats extended the product theme into different viewing settings, alongside the opportunity to experience the activation in person.

In content planning, a physical experience and a creator video can serve different purposes. One provides direct contact; the other allows room for personal voice and explanation. Defining those roles helps establish what each deliverable needs to communicate.

Understand delivery through clearly defined measures

According to L Concept’s public post, more than 3,000 experience packs were distributed. This records the sampling volume and, alongside the creator collaborations, describes the project’s offline and online scope.

Sampling volume, unique attendance, video views and sales conversion answer different questions. Keeping those measures distinct helps a team understand what was delivered and what further information is needed to assess performance.

Define what the live experience and video each need to say

The mobile station, YouTube collaborations and Instagram Reels share a skincare theme but offer different contact conditions. A street encounter may be brief, while a creator video can give product explanation more room.

A useful planning step is to distinguish the information people need immediately on site from the subjects a video can develop. Product names and participation details should remain consistent while the explanatory depth changes by format, giving each channel a clear role.

One brand theme, several ways to engage

The scope connects publicity, a mobile experience, crowd management and creator partnerships around a shared theme. For consumer brands, the planning opportunity is to define each point of contact before bringing content and execution together.
